Official rules for iPhone sweeps.

How to Enter:   1)  go to  www.usafundraising.com and follow the online entry instructions.

Sweepstakes begins January 18th, 2008 at 12:00am EDT, ends March 31st , 2008 at 11:59pm EDT, the close date.  Each entry has an equal chance to win.  Sweepstakes may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by USA Fundraising.com, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.  Sweepstakes may be presented in different creative presentations.  Only one entry per person per day is permitted.  If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be included and later entries will be disqualified.  All entries must be personally entered by the individual who is listed as the entrant, and no third party may enter the sweepstakes for or on behalf of any person.  Not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, or lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer or telephone transmissions, other technical difficulties or failures.  Not responsible for any damage to user’s system or from downloading any information necessary to participate in the sweepstakes. 

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States, 13 years of age or older.  Employees of USA Fundraising.com and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (hereinafter "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Prizes: One 1st Prize of an Apple iPhone will be awarded.  Total prize value of approximately $399.
Prize may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash by winner. Sponsor at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
 
Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 15th from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Approximate odds of winning are 1 in  20,000. Winner will be notified by mail (and those with known email addresses may be notified by email as well) within 14 days of the drawing and may be required to execute a Statement of Eligibility and Release within 21 days of prize notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned.  Any dispute regarding submission of on-line entry will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder.  USA Fundraising.com reserves the right to terminate or modify the online portion of this sweepstakes at any time if the online service is no longer available or is compromised by any virus, bugs, or other intervention beyond USA Fundraising.com’s control.  In either of these events, prizes will be awarded based on electronic entries received to date of termination.  All taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the winner.  Prize won by a person under the age of 18 will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
